1. We will include your half page or smaller magazine ad
   in a dedicated page in one of our internet sites for
   $121 per site per month. Select 1 or more web sites.

2. When placing your order, simply include these items:
   A. the number of calendar periods to display the ad
   B. the first calendar month the ad is to start
   C. method by which ad is being sent to Artsho
   D. the actual web page address to link it to
      (No web address? Then leave this blank)
   E. any new message to add to the web page
   F. message position in relation to the ad
   G. additional comments to page programmer
   H. the site(s) in which to display the page.

3. Please do not pay by credit card within our
   online order form unless the image is to be
   emailed simultaneous to placing the order.
   Otherwise, please select the online order
   form's Mail Order option, including a copy
   of it with the tangible ad and your payment.
